"Missy was AMAZING & loyal to me with out me even being a customer. Towards end of 2025 my mom referred me to missy & at the time rates was higher than what I was paying so missy let me know she could reach back out to me if rates came lower than what I was currently paying with GEICO, well sure enough she kept her word & reached out to me almost 3-4 days ago & got me WAYYY lower than what I was intended & I signed up immediately. Very friendly as well . Get her a raise !!"

"I called to have a my policy review since my son join the military no longer live with us, and agent Ashly attend my phone call very rue and starting to yelling me through the phone a one point that I do not need this, and i ask for someone else's to assist me, i do not want to talk this person anymore, all i want is my account review.
